Yes. We have a standard agreement that covers scope, IP ownership, payment terms, revision rounds, and delivery. Most partners use ours because it is clear and has been tested across a lot of projects. If you want to use yours, send it over and we will review it. Either way, everything is in writing before work starts.

Response times depend on the SLA we agree on at the start of each project. During active projects we respond within hours on Slack. For anything urgent we move faster. We do not go quiet mid-project and if something on our end is delayed, you hear about it before it becomes your problem.

You do. Once the project is completed, all rights transfer to you: the designs, the code, the assets, all of it. We retain nothing.

Yes. Standard NDA before any meaningful conversation about your project or business. Send yours or we will provide ours. Nothing you share with us goes anywhere.

Every partner gets a dedicated client dashboard to track progress, timelines, files, and assets throughout the project. Day to day we communicate over Slack, since that is what most teams already use. Our weekly rhythm runs on three touchpoints: Monday priority updates to align on what is being tackled, Wednesday check-ins to make sure everything is on track, and Friday recaps to review what shipped and plan the week ahead. Outside of that cadence, our team is fully available in Slack every day for comments, questions, and alignment as things come up.

Yes. For startups we genuinely believe in, we take equity instead of or alongside a fee. Some engagements are a reduced fee plus equity. Others are full equity. How we structure it depends on the stage, the idea, and how much we are willing to bet on the outcome. We are selective. Not every project qualifies and we will tell you honestly if it does not.

It depends on what you are building and what you need. Minimum engagements start at $10k for strategy, $20k for websites, $35k for product design, and $45k for brand identity.
