Our founder, Niklas Johannknecht, discovered this obsession over a decade ago while building multiple startups. Where others saw "good enough," he saw endless possibilities. Every pixel mattered. Every micro-interaction became an opportunity to tell a story. After his first exit, he asked himself: What if I build a collective of people who share this relentless pursuit of excellence?
He realized how powerful this could be and started looking for people who lose sleep over corner radii and debate color theory at lunch. People who question the status quo regularly. So he made it his mission to build a space where this obsession thrives.
Over the last five years, those minds combined, and greatness multiplied. Suddenly, a team emerged that understood why everyone cares so deeply about what others miss.
