Something just works when every decision behind it was made with care. Design and code are never the point. They're the messenger. Every interaction carries meaning, every pixel earns its place, and very few people think that way.
Our founder Niklas found his obsession early. Where everyone else saw good enough, he saw a hundred small decisions that could change how someone feels and what they do next. Every pixel mattered. Every interaction was a chance to tell a better story.
One question wouldn't leave him: what if I built a collective of people who think and work like this?
He started looking for a specific kind of person. Not the most credentialed, not the loudest in the room.
The ones who couldn't help but notice what was wrong and fix it whether anyone asked or not.
Who lose sleep over a detail most people would never consciously see.
Who ask why something is done a certain way and actually mean it.
Those people are hard to find. But once he found them and put them in a room together, something rare happened. They don't just meet the standard. They raise it for each other.

Intro
Start with an application. If we see a match, we’ll jump on a 30-minute intro call. This isn’t a scripted interview; it’s a conversation about your work, your story, and how you think. We want to find out if our shared obsession with craft is the right fit.
Test
A 60- to 90-minute session with our team. You’ll tackle real-world tasks and solve problems that reflect how we actually work. It’s where we see how your mind works and your opportunity to see whether our approach matches yours.
Review
We review the output together. This is a two-way conversation, not a grade. You’ll meet the team you’d be joining and talk with our CEO to make sure our values, our goals, and our culture feel like a genuine fit for where you want to go.
Hired
Once we’re both sure it’s the right fit, we’ll move fast to get you started. From day one, you’re part of the team. You get plugged into our systems, introduced to the rest of the crew, and set up to ship meaningful work with us, wherever you are.
