About the role
We are looking for someone who transforms brand concepts into consistent visual experiences across all platforms and touchpoints. You will also create, maintain, and optimize brand guidelines, marketing materials, and digital assets. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams, product designers, and external partners to ensure brand consistency and excellence.
Working directly with our design team and international research colleagues across Münster, Sofia, London, and NYC, you'll be part of focused teams that work on only two projects at a time, enabling deep focus and exceptional results. To maintain efficient collaboration, you must be located in CET, GMT, or EST time zones with availability during our core working hours.
Your responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining brand identity systems across multiple channels. You will utilize your design skills and brand expertise to create compelling visual solutions. You will develop high-quality brand assets, with a focus on consistency, scalability, and brand alignment. By creating brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries, you will contribute to the strengthening of our brand presence and recognition. Additionally, supporting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives will be part of your responsibilities.
You'll work within our core principles of overdelivering on velocity and craft, owning every decision with transparent thinking, and obsessing over the details that matter while stripping away unnecessary complexity.

What you bring
• 3-5+ years of experience in Branding, or 1-2+ years with an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates mastery and innovation.
• Expert proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience in creating and maintaining brand guidelines and style systems.
• Knowledge of print production and digital asset optimization.
• Experience with brand asset management and organization systems.
• Understanding of marketing materials and campaign design.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with web design principles and responsive design.
• Proven track record of maintaining brand consistency across touchpoints.
