How is the Give-It-All fund sustained?

We allocate 5% of our revenue directly into the Give-It-All fund. That covers the designers, strategists, and developers working on every pro bono project. It is built into how we run the business, not dependent on spare capacity or a good month. The more we grow commercially, the more we can give.
