An MVP, or minimum viable product, is the smallest version of your product that tests whether the core idea works with real users. It is a working product, not a mockup. It does one job well and leaves out everything that is not needed to learn if that job matters.

A prototype simulates the product so you can test ideas cheaply. Users click through it but nothing real happens behind it. An MVP is live software that people can use for their actual task. We usually do both: the prototype first, then the MVP.

Yes. Interviews and a clickable prototype are much cheaper than software. They show you whether people understand the product and want it. Sometimes this changes the plan, and finding that out before development is the cheapest time to do it.

It depends on how much the first version has to do. We agree the timeline before work starts and do not move it without telling you. A tighter scope is the most reliable way to get to launch sooner.

You get the code, files and documentation, so your team can continue without us. If you want help, we iterate on user feedback and analytics. For ongoing design support, the on-demand model is available at $12k per month and can be paused.
